Celebrity River Cruises Priority Booking Access Terms and Conditions.

The following terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) shall apply to and govern the Celebrity River Cruises Ltd. (“Celebrity River Cruises”) Priority Booking Access Program (the “Program”) offered by Celebrity River Cruises, and your ability to make a Deposit (defined below) that will provide you access – at a later time – to make an advance reservation for one (1) stateroom on Celebrity River Cruises’ initial deployment (an “Priority Booking Access Reservation”). By placing a Deposit, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, do not proceed with placing a Deposit.

Please note, placing a Deposit does not create a reservation on a Celebrity River Cruise. Eligible individuals who place a Deposit will be provided access to create a Priority Booking Access Reservation ahead of the general public. Celebrity River Cruises will notify each eligible individual who placed a Deposit that one or more Celebrity River Cruise voyages are open for advance reservation. To complete a reservation, you must follow the reservation procedures required by Celebrity River Cruises, and comply with all berthing policies and applicable Celebrity River Cruises terms and conditions. All staterooms are double occupancy.

1. Eligibility. To complete and place a Deposit, you must: (a) be at least 21 years old; (b) provide accurate and complete information requested by Celebrity River Cruises at the time of placing your Deposit; and (c) complete the payment process.

2. Deposit Amount. The payment amount required for each deposit is US$500, or the monetary equivalent in local currency (the “Deposit”). Each Deposit will provide you with the opportunity to create one (1) stateroom Priority Booking Access Reservation onboard a Celebrity River Cruise, pending availability of such staterooms and reservations at Celebrity Cruises Inc.’s sole discretion. Each additional Priority Booking Access Reservation will require a separate Deposit. The full Deposit amount must be paid at the time of placing the Deposit and is fully refundable according to these Terms and Conditions. The Deposit amount is subject to change at any time with or without prior notice.

3. Deposit and Priority Booking Access Reservation. The individual(s) named at the time of the Deposit will receive Priority Booking Access ahead of the general public to create a Priority Booking Access Reservation and book a stateroom on a Celebrity River Cruises’ voyage (the “Product”). The availability, details, and departure date of a Product are at Celebrity River Cruises’s discretion, and placing a Deposit does not guarantee the ability to create a Priority Booking Access Reservation on any particular Product. Celebrity River Cruises reserves the right to confirm, deny, or limit any or all Deposits placed and may choose to deny or cancel a Deposit at any time, including where fraud or abuse of the Program is suspected or detected.

(a) Confirming Deposit. Once you have successfully placed a Deposit, including by providing all required information and completing payment in full, you will receive a Deposit confirmation to confirm receipt of your Deposit.

(b) Notification of Priority Booking Access Reservation Availability. Celebrity River Cruises will notify you by the email address on file when a Product is available for purchase via a Priority Booking Access Reservation as a result of your Deposit. The notification will include instructions on how to complete a Priority Booking Access Reservation for the Product. A valid email address must be associated with the Deposit. Celebrity River Cruises will send notification of availability to complete a Priority Booking Access Reservation to the most recently updated email address provided to Celebrity River Cruises at the time the Deposit is placed. It is your responsibility to update your email with Celebrity River Cruises Ltd. as applicable and to notify Celebrity River Cruises Ltd. if your email address has changed.

(c) Creating a Priority Booking Access Reservation. Once you receive notification via email of the availability to purchase a Product, you may follow the on-screen instructions to create a Priority Booking Access Reservation and complete a booking of a Product. To create a Priority Booking Access Reservation, (a) for residents of the United States, you must be at least 21 years of age or older or add an individual aged 21 years of age or older to the Priority Booking Access Reservation, (b) for residents of all other jurisdictions, you must be at least 18 years of age or older, and (c) for residents of all jurisdictions, you must comply with the Product’s berthing policies and all applicable Celebrity River Cruises terms and conditions, as applicable at the time of completing a Priority Booking Access Reservation. When creating a Priority Booking Access Reservation, your Deposit amount will be applied to your booking and your Priority Booking Access Reservation total will reflect the deduction of the Deposit. Refundability terms of the Priority Booking Access Reservation will be governed by the Cruise Ticket Contract/Booking Conditions applicable to your Primary Country of Residence.

(d) Forfeiture of Deposit. In the event you are notified of a Product’s availability, you will have forty-five (45) days to follow the accompanying links and create a Priority Booking Access Reservation. In the event you fail to create a Priority Booking Access Reservation within forty-five (45) days of notification of Product availability, your Deposit will be forfeited and you will be refunded the Deposit amount to the original form of payment within fourteen (14) days of forfeiture.

4. Product Availability. The Program offers you the opportunity to place a Deposit, and a successfully completed Deposit will provide you the ability to create a Priority Booking Access Reservation only, pending Product availability at Celebrity River Cruises’ sole discretion. Placing a Deposit does not create a Priority Booking Access Reservation for the Product or any other reservation for any sailing or related product. You will not create a confirmed booking on any Product until you are provided notification of Product availability and complete the full booking process for a Priority Booking Access Reservation as per the Product’s instructions and all Celebrity River Cruises’ and Celebrity River Cruises’ terms and conditions. Celebrity River Cruises ships have limited inventory, and all Priority Booking Access Reservations and bookings are subject to availability. A Deposit does not guarantee availability or your ability to create a Priority Booking Access Reservation, nor does it guarantee immediate availability of the Product upon release or that a given stateroom, stateroom category, itinerary, sailing date, or CruiseTour package will be available for purchase via a Priority Booking Access Reservation or otherwise. The foregoing examples are not intended to be exhaustive.

5. Cancellations and Refunds. You may cancel your Deposit at any time for any reason, or for no reason at all, by contacting Celebrity River Cruises’ Reservations Department or your Travel Advisor who assisted you with placing your Deposit. Celebrity River Cruises will refund the Deposit to the original form of payment within fourteen (14) days of the date on which you cancel your Deposit. In the event that a Product is unavailable, Celebrity River Cruises may also cancel your Deposit and refund your Deposit to the original form of payment within fourteen (14) days of confirmation of Product unavailability.

6. General Provisions.

(a) Communication. Celebrity River Cruises will communicate important updates, including the Product release dates, changes to the Terms and Conditions, and other status updates, via email. It is your responsibility to ensure that your contact information is up to date.

(b) Limitation of Liability. Under no circumstances shall Celebrity River Cruises, its parent, subsidiaries, or affiliates be liable for any incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of these Terms and Conditions. Your sole and exclusive remedy under these Terms and Conditions will be limited to reimbursement of your Deposit.

(c) Changes to the Terms and Conditions. Celebrity River Cruises reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon publication.

(d) Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

(e) Dispute Resolution. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions will be governed by the dispute resolution provisions set forth in the Cruise Ticket Contract/Booking Conditions applicable to your Primary Country of Residence and available at https://www.celebritycruises.com/guest-terms/.

(f) Privacy Policy. Royal Caribbean Group’s Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference and can be viewed at: https://www.celebritycruises.com/privacy-policy.
