Non-Refundable Deposit Bookings (“NRDB”): To qualify for the lowest available cruise fare, guest must choose a non-refundable deposit. All deposit payments for NRDB are non-refundable from the time of booking. NRDB are applicable to groups at prevailing rates. Not applicable to incentive, contract, or charter groups. Nonrefundable deposit offers are applicable to sailings within final payment, however full deposit is due at time of booking.

3^rd/4^th/5^th Guests Cruise Fare Offer applies to new, individual bookings made at standard rates on select sailings departing June 02, 2026 through May 10, 2028 excluding Celebrity River Cruises, Galapagos, and Alaska Cruisetours. 3^rd/4^th/5^th Guests Cruise Fare Offer applies to Inside, Ocean View, Veranda, and Concierge Class staterooms only (“Eligible Stateroom”) and provides $0 cruise fares for any additional guests in the same Eligible Stateroom as the first full fare and second guest. All other charges, including but not limited to taxes, fees and port expenses are additional and apply to all guests.

BOGO 50% Off 2^ndGuest Offer is for Refundable Fares only, applies to new, individual bookings made at standard rates during the Offer Period, and provides 50% off refundable cruise fares on the 2nd guest only in the same stateroom as the first full fare guest on an Offer Cruise, excluding 2025 and 2026 Galapagos sailings. All other charges, including but not limited to, taxes, fees and port expenses, when not included in the displayed price, are additional and apply to all guests.

BOGO 75% Off 2^ndGuest Offer is for Non-Refundable Fares only, applies to new, individual bookings made at standard rates during the Offer Period, and provides 75% off nonrefundable cruise fares on the 2nd guest only in the same stateroom as the first full fare guest on an Offer Cruise, excluding all Galapagos sailings. All other charges, including but not limited to, taxes, fees and port expenses, when not included in the displayed price, are additional and apply to all guests.

Celebrity Cruises Referral Program – Terms and Conditions

Celebrity Cruises (“Company”) offers eligible past guests and prospects the opportunity to participate in the Celebrity Cruises Referral Program (“Program”) by referring eligible friends to Book a Celebrity cruise. These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern the participation in the Program, which will be active through August 31, 2026 for Ambassadors to enroll in the Program and through September 30, 2026, for referred Friends to sign up via their Ambassador’s unique referral link, unless earlier modified or terminated by Company.

Under the Program, an eligible individual (the “Ambassador”) refers their eligible friend (the “Friend”) to book a cruise with Celebrity and both the Friend and Ambassador receive a Reward.

Binding Agreement. By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by Company’s decision regarding the Program, which shall be final and binding.

Privacy. Personal information collected in connection with the Program will be processed in accordance with Company’s Privacy Policy, available at https://www.celebritycruises.com/privacy-policy.

Program Eligibility

Ambassador Eligibility: To participate in the Program as an Ambassador, an individual must:

Be a legal resident of one of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia;
Be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
Be a past Celebrity Cruises guest or prospect (booked or non-booked)
Have a valid email address and receive a personalized email invitation from Company to participate in the Program.
Ambassador must enroll in the Program no later than August 31, 2026.

Friend Eligibility: To participate as a referred Friend, an individual must:

Be a legal resident of one of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia;
Be at least eighteen (18) years of age;
Have never previously sailed with Celebrity Cruises;
Not have an active or pending booking with Celebrity Cruises at the time of referral;
Not have an existing account in the Celebrity Cruises customer database, or have an account that is considered active based on Celebrity’s email engagement criteria.
Complete sign-up and opt in for Celebrity Cruises marketing communications via the Ambassador’s unique referral link no later than September 30, 2026.

How the Program Works

Ambassador:
- Eligible Ambassadors receive an email invitation to join the Program.
- Upon enrollment, each Ambassador is issued a unique referral link.
- Ambassadors may share their unique referral link with up to five (5) Friends maximum.
- When a Friend books a qualifying Celebrity cruise using the unique referral promo code, the Ambassador becomes eligible to receive a $50 onboard credit (“OBC”) per Friend.
- To redeem $50 OBC, Ambassadors must submit their ship and sail date through the designated online form at least two weeks prior to the sail date.
- OBCs are applied by Celebrity Cruises and are generally available in your account within two (2) weeks of validation. An Ambassador may earn up to $250 total OBC under the Program.
- Each $50 OBC must be applied in its entirety to a single sailing and cannot be split across multiple sailings.
- OBC must be redeemed by March 31, 2027
Friend:
- Friend receives the Ambassador’s unique referral link.
- Friend must complete the Program sign-up form by submitting first name, last name, and email address, country, and opt in to receive marketing communications from Company.
- Upon successful sign-up, Friend receives a unique promotional code providing $100 off a future Celebrity Cruises sailing.
- Friend must book using the unique code via:
  1. Celebrity Cruises website,
  2. Celebrity Cruises call center, or
  3. Travel advisor or trade channel.
- Unique promo code expires on December 31, 2026 at 11:59pm
- A referral is not considered valid unless the Friend books using a unique referral promo code.

Rewards. By making and completing a valid referral in accordance with these Terms, both the Ambassador and the Friend may become eligible to receive a reward (each, a “Reward”), subject to verification and compliance with the Program requirements.

Ambassador Reward – OBC

An Ambassador who successfully refers a Friend who completes a qualifying booking using the unique referral promo code will receive a reward in the form of a fifty-dollar ($50 USD) OBC per Friend booking. An Ambassador may earn OBC for up to five (5) Friends, for a maximum total reward of two hundred fifty dollars ($250 USD) in OBC under the Program. . OBC has no cash value, is non-transferable, and may not be redeemed for cash. OBC may not be used in the casino and is not applicable to Galapagos sailings, Celebrity River Cruises, Alaska cruisetours, or the land portion of Alaska cruisetours. Any unused OBC will expire at 10:00 P.M. ship time on the final night of the applicable cruise. Each $50 OBC must be applied in its entirety to a single sailing and cannot be split across multiple sailings.

Ambassadors must submit their selected ship and sail date through the designated online redemption form in order for OBC to be applied. OBCs are processed by Celebrity Cruises and are generally available in your account within approximately two (2) weeks following validation. OBCs can be redeemed until March 31, 2027, after which any unused OBC will be forfeited.

Friend Reward – $100 Savings

An eligible Friend using a unique referral link received from their Ambassador via the Program will receive one hundred dollars ($100 USD) cruise fare savings redeemable when booking a new Celebrity Cruises sailing using the unique promo code assigned to them.

The Friend must complete the booking by December 31, 2026 using the unique promo code assigned to them, and the applicable sailing must depart on or before May 10, 2028. The savings offer is valid on new individual bookings only and is not applicable to Galapagos sailings, Celebrity River Cruises, Alaska Cruisetours, or incentive, contract, or charter group bookings. Full deposit payment must be received by the applicable deposit due date in order for the savings to apply.

Combinability and Applicability

The Friend savings offer is combinable with standard brand offers and may be used with non-refundable deposit pricing only, subject to availability. The offer is not combinable with Exciting Deals, GroupX rates, travel advisor net rates, casino rates, interline rates, or other restricted or discounted fare types. The Program applies to regularly scheduled, open-deployment Celebrity Cruises sailings of three (3) nights or longer, subject to availability. The Program is available only in the United States and is valid across all eligible booking channels, including web, call center, and trade.

Verification and Restrictions

All referrals, bookings, and Rewards are subject to verification by Company. Company reserves the right to delay the issuance of any Reward for purposes of investigation and may refuse to verify or process any referral or Reward for any reason, including suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms. Rewards have no monetary value, are not transferable, and may not be auctioned, sold, bartered, or exchanged.

Prohibited Conduct

Ambassadors may not refer themselves using alternate email addresses, create multiple or fictitious accounts, or otherwise attempt to manipulate the Program. No participant may use the Program in violation of applicable law, to infringe the rights of any third party, or in a manner that Company deems deceptive, abusive, disruptive, or inconsistent with the spirit of the Program. The use of automated systems, bots, scripts, or similar devices to participate in the Program or obtain Rewards is prohibited. Employees of Company, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, travel agency partners, and promotional agencies are not eligible to participate.

Limitation of Liability and Indemnification.

You understand and agree that the Released Parties (defined below) shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if the company was advised of the possibility of such damages). By participating in the Program, you agree to defend, indemnify, release and hold harmless the Company, Celebrity Cruises, as the provider of the referral service, and their respective parent companies, affiliates and subsidiaries, together with their respective employees, directors, officers, licensees, licensors, shareholders, attorneys and agents including, without limitation, their respective advertising and promotion entities and any person or entity associated with the production, operation or administration of the Program (collectively, the “Released Parties”), from any and all claims, actions, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs or expenses caused by, arising out of, in connection with, or related to the Program (including, without limitation, any property loss, damage, personal injury or death caused to any person(s)) and/or the awarding, receipt and/or use or misuse of any benefit in the Program. To be clear, the Released Parties shall not be liable for any technical errors or malfunctions, data theft or corruption, any printing or typographical error, or any damage to any computer system resulting from participating in, or accessing or downloading information in connection with the Program. The Released Parties shall not be liable to any users for failure to supply any advertised benefit, by reason of any acts of God, any action or request by any governmental or quasi-governmental entity (whether or not valid), or any other activity or action that is beyond any of the Released Parties’ control

Bulk Distribution and Anti-Spam.

Referral links must be shared in a personal manner that is customary and appropriate for communications among friends, family members, or colleagues. Bulk email distribution, mass solicitation, or distribution to individuals with whom the Ambassador does not have a personal relationship is expressly prohibited and may result in immediate disqualification from the Program. Ambassadors are solely responsible for complying with all applicable anti-spam and marketing laws and agree to indemnify Company against any liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from violations of such laws.

Other General Terms.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentially of any sign-in credentials and are fully responsible for all activities that occur through the use of them. Users agree to notify the Company immediately if they suspect unauthorized access to their account. Users agree that the Company will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of their credentials. If at any time your Celebrity account is not in good standing, no Rewards may accrue with respect to any Qualifying Purchase you make until your Account returns to good standing.

Rewards have no cash or other value. Rewards accrued do not constitute your property and do not entitle a participant to a vested right or interest. Rewards may be revoked, cancelled, limited, or modified at any time, even though such action may affect your right to use previously accumulated Rewards. You may not purchase Rewards or transfer Rewards from one account or person to another or to another account. We are not liable for Rewards that are lost, suspended, delayed, uncredited, or revoked due to suspected or actual fraudulent, unauthorized, illegitimate, or other unacceptable use.

If any provision of these Program Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be modified or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions shall be enforced. We reserve the right to terminate your access to and ability to participate in the Program (or any portion thereof), deactivate your account, and/or immediately invalidate all or any portion of your Rewards for any reason and at any time in Company’s sole discretion, including (without limitation) in the event of fraud, a violation of these Program Terms, or other acts/omissions that Company deems unacceptable (with or without notice). These rights are in addition to any other legal or equitable remedy that may be available to Company under applicable law.

Right to Cancel, Modify or Terminate.

Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, modify, restrict, change, or terminate the Program and/or the Program structure at any time, including, without limitation, changes to the amount or type of Rewards available, the conditions under which Rewards are earned, redeemed, expired or are forfeited, or the addition or removal of Rewards.

Company further reserves the right to disqualify any individual, including Ambassadors and Friends, from participation in the Program at any time for failure to comply with these Terms.

So they can apply multiple OBCs to one sailing but they cannot use partial OBCs on any sailings. Not sure if we would want to update the last line?

Military Savings Offer applies to select 4-night and longer sailings departing Dec. 4, 2025 – May 10, 2028. Offer excludes Galapagos. At least one guest in the stateroom must be an active, retired or veteran member of the United States or Canada Military. A valid U.S. or Canadian military ID must be presented at the pier to validate eligibility. If eligibility cannot be validated, you will be charged the current standard cruise fare or otherwise be denied boarding.

Offer applies to new individual bookings and to staterooms in non-contracted group bookings, which must be named and deposited during the Offer Period. Offer is capacity controlled, availability varies by sailing, and eligible staterooms may sell out. All offers are non-transferable and applicable only to the Offer Cruise. Offer may be combined with brand offers excluding Exciting Deals, Interline, Loyalty, Net, Travel Agent, and Employee Rates. No refunds or credits will be granted for unused options. Members of Captain’s Club℠, the Celebrity Cruises® loyalty program, are eligible to participate in the Loyalty Status Match Program with the Royal Caribbean International® loyalty program, Crown & Anchor® Society, and the Silversea Cruises® loyalty program, Venetian Society®, for complimentary status match.

Since Status Match members only receive the Member Level and not the Cruise Points, they are ineligible for the
Crown & Anchor Society benefits listed below.
