Celebrity NRDB Policy Change:

Effective 03/02/2023, the Future Cruise Credit component of the Non Refundable Deposit program is being discontinued and no longer applies to reservations made on or after March 2, 2023. Guests who book a non-refundable promotion after 03/01/23 will no longer be eligible to receive a non-refundable deposit as a FCC.

Guests who have booked a non-refundable deposit rate on or before 03/01/23 will be grandfathered into the program. We will honor the NRD FCC Program for any guest who booked a Non-refundable Deposit on or before 03/01/2023 and cancels after 03/01/23. For bookings that meet the criteria to be grandfathered, guests will need to call (TSS) or the agent (for CO) will send an email for the guests to receive a FCC. NRD FCCs will no longer be automatically issued after 03/01/23.

To qualify for the lowest available cruise fare, guest must choose a non-refundable deposit. All deposit payments for NRDB made on or after 03/02/23 are non-refundable from the time of booking. The Iconic Advisor Club contest is open to accredited travel agents (must have a valid ARC, IATAN, TRUE or CLIA number) in U.S. (includes D.C. and Puerto Rico), Canada (excluding Quebec) and Latin America who are registered travel partners currently in good standing with Celebrity Cruises, Inc. (CCI), and sell CCI cruises within the applicable calendar quarters. The Iconic Advisor Club runs from January 1, 2023 through March 31, 2023 for the first quarter, from April 1 – June 30, 2023 for the 2nd quarter, from July 1 – September 30, 2023 for the third quarter and from October 1 – December 31, 2023 for the fourth quarter of the calendar year. 1. ELIGIBILITY: The “Celebrity Cruises’ Cruise Giveaway Travel Agent GIVEAWAY” (the “GIVEAWAY”) issponsored by Celebrity Cruises Inc. (“Sponsor”). GIVEAWAY is open only to accredited travel agents (must have a valid ARC, IATAN, TRUE or CLIA number) in the U.S. (includes D.C. and Puerto Rico), Canada and Latin America who are registered travel partners and that are currently in good standing with Sponsor, age twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry. 3. HOW TO ENTER: Fill out the Microsoft Form in it’s entirety each day. Winners may not be repeated. Must be an active Travel Partner in Cruising Power.

4. PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”): There will be one (1) prize given away daily, a total of one hundred (100) individual winners over the course of the timing. Each prize will be part of Katina’s Live It List. Total ARV value ranges from ($100USD – $350 USD). Winners are solely responsible for any and all costs, other than those specifically stated in these Official Rules, that may be incurred or arise as a result of being awarded a prize. Such costs may include, but are not limited to all federal, state, local or other government or quasi-governmental taxes and fees, fuel supplement (if applicable), travel to and from embarkation and debarkation ports, transfers, travel insurance and items of a personal nature (i.e., shore excursions, passport fees, gratuities, alcoholic beverages, photographs, some entertainment, service fees, medical services, etc.). 5. WINNERS: The winner(s), the travel agents who win and are randomly daily between March 4, 2024 and March 11, 2024 the GIVEAWAY Period. Entries are subject to verification by Sponsor for compliance. Winners will be announced on the website and via Facebook and notified by phone or e-mail by assigned Celebrity Cruise. Some may be required to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release, which must be returned within ten (10) days of the date on the notification. All winners will be announced on or before March 12, 2024.

6. GENERAL TERMS: Prizes shall be subject to Sponsor’s then current rules and regulations. Any prize notification or prize returned as undeliverable will be awarded to an alternate winner. Prize may be allocated or substituted at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Taxes are the winner’s responsibility. Prize acceptance constitutes permission (except where prohibited) to use winner’s name and likeness, address (city and state), photograph, voice, prize information and/or biographical information and any statements made by Entrant regarding the GIVEAWAY or the Sponsor for publicity, trade, advertising or promotion purposes at any time or times, worldwide and on the internet, without additional compensation, notice, review or approval.
