Celebrity Learning FAQ

Sign into www.CruisingPower.com

  • Select “Training and Benefits”.
  • Select “Training and Certification”
  • Select “Celebrity Cruises”, and voila, you’re in!
  • If you have made any changes to your Cruising Power profile, access Celebrity Learning and a new profile will automatically be created.
  • Next, contact [email protected] and share your new and old information; Name, Agency Name, and Email.
  • We will merge your profiles and previous certifications.

If you graduated/certified prior to May 2021, you will need to complete the Celebrity Learning base course before completing the yearly recertification. This course will automatically be assigned to you if you did not complete previously.

Your 2022/2023 certification will allow you to maintain access to your graduate benefits.

New members of Celebrity Learning (or Graduates prior to 2021): Log in and complete the Celebrity Learning Certification Course and the 2022/2023 Recertification course.

Once you have completed your Celebrity Learning base course, you can log in and complete the 2022/2023 Recertification course.

Travel Partners must complete their annual recertification.

Contact CLIA and advise them that you are a certified Celebrity Learning graduate to apply your 10 CLIA credits, annually.

Download and print your electronic Graduation certificate from your Celebrity Learning profile.

Download your Graduate email signature in the Graduate Course.

Complete the survey at least 30 days prior to sailing to request your Onboard Coupons via our electronic forms located in the Graduate Course.

Coupons must be picked up at the FUTURE CRUISE VACATIONS office, once onboard.

Guest Relations does not issue coupons and will direct you to the Future Cruise Team for any questions.
