*Cruise must be booked Apr. 08 through June 02, 2025 (the “Offer Period”) and applies to select sailings 3-nights and longer departing Apr. 08, 2025 – May 10, 2027 as well as 9-Night and longer Alaska Cruisetours on Celebrity Summit sailings departing May 09, 2025 – Sept. 05, 2025 (the “Offer Cruise”). Promo code not required.

Full deposit must be paid by deposit payment required due date. Standard full deposit penalty is applied if booking is cancelled within final payment period; see CEL’s cancellation policy for details. Non-Refundable Deposit Bookings (“NRDB”): To qualify for the lowest available cruise fare, guest must choose a non-refundable deposit. All deposit payments for NRDB made after 03/02/23 are nonrefundable from the time of booking. NRDB are applicable to groups at prevailing rates. Not applicable to incentive, contract, or charter groups. Nonrefundable deposit offers are applicable to sailings within final payment, however full deposit is due at time of booking.

3rd/4th/5th Guests Cruise Fare Offer applies to new, individual bookings at standard rates on select sailings 3-nights and longer departing Apr. 08, 2025 through Apr. 27, 2026 excluding Galapagos and Alaska Cruisetours. 3rd/4th/5th Guests Cruise Fare Offer applies to Inside, Ocean View, Veranda, and Concierge Class staterooms only (“Eligible Stateroom”) and provides $0 cruise fares for any additional guests in the same Eligible Stateroom as the first full fare and second guest. All other charges, including but not limited to taxes, fees and port expenses are additional and apply to all guests.

BOGO 50% Off 2nd Guest Offer is for Refundable Fares only, applies to new, individual bookings at standard rates during the Offer Period, and provides 50% off refundable cruise fares on the 2nd guest only in the same stateroom as the first full fare guest on an Offer Cruise, excluding Galapagos. All other charges, including but not limited to, taxes, fees and port expenses are additional and apply to all guests.

BOGO 75% Off 2nd Guest Offer is for Non-Refundable Fares only, applies to new, individual bookings at standard rates during the Offer Period, and provides 75% off nonrefundable cruise fares on the 2nd guest only in the same stateroom as the first full fare guest on an Offer Cruise, excluding Galapagos. All other charges, including but not limited to, taxes, fees and port expenses are additional and apply to all guests.

Combinability: BOGO 50% Off 2nd Guest for Refundable Fares, BOGO 75% Off 2nd Guest for Non-Refundable Fares and 3rd/4th/5th Guest Cruise Fare Offers will be automatically applied at checkout and are combinable with Savings Offer and All Included or No Perk Rate. ELIGIBILITY: Celebrity Cruises “Celebrity Cruises’ Book & Earn Incentive” (the “Incentive”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, Puerto Rico, the Caribbean, and Canada, and age 21 and older. The Incentive is open only to accredited travel agents (must have a valid ARC, IATAN, TRUE or CLIA number) and must be registered travel partners that are currently in good standing with Sponsor. All employees of Celebrity Cruises (“Sponsor”) all associated agencies and each of their respective affiliates, sales representatives, distributors, licensees or agents (all of the foregoing, together with Sponsor, collectively referred to “Incentive Entities”), and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses) and those living in the same household of each (whether related or not), are ineligible to participate in the Incentive. All applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Entrants may be subject to rules imposed by their employers relative to their participation in trade promotions and should check with their company for any relevant policies. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Entry in the Incentive constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these Official Rules. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. INCENTIVE PERIOD: The Incentive entry period begins at 9:00am EST on March 24, 2025, and ends at 11:59pm EST on April 18, 2025 (the “Incentive Period”). Winners will be selected from entries properly submitted and timely received during the Incentive Period. 3. ELIGIBLE PRODUCT: The incentive requirements include the minimum of one (1) Eligible product (Eligible product Is defined as an any occupancy booking departing any date between 9:00am EST on March 24 and 11:59pm ET December 31, 2025. Excluding Perishables, Travel Advisor (TA) Rates and Complimentary Casino Bookings. Booking must be during the allocated incentive period. The booking must be on a 2025 sailing. If an individual is found to not have made the booking submitted for entry, Celebrity Cruises reserves the right to disallow the entry. Number of entries is determined by number of eligible product bookings during the incentive period. There is no maximum number of entries per person but is a maximum number of one (1) prize per individual. 4. PAYMENT OF PRIZES: Payment of winnings is the sole responsibility of Celebrity Cruises and will begin processing after the winning eligible sailing concludes. All applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. 5. INCENTIVE ENTRY INSTRUCTIONS: 2025 Booking: Three (3) winners who create a new booking on any ‘eligible product’ during the allocated incentive period will be entered to win the following prizes (Limit 1 per person) $3000, $2000, $1000 USD, paid via commission. 6. SELECTION OF INCENTIVE WINNERS/ODDS: The winner(s), the travel agents who win and are randomly selected between April 21, 2025 and April 25, 2025. Entries are subject to verification by Sponsor for compliance. Winners will be contacted via an email or phone call by their assigned Celebrity Cruises Sales Manager. Public announcement will be made on The Celebrity Commitment and posted The Celebrity Commitment To Our Travel Partners page. Some may be required to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release, which must be returned within ten (5) days of the date on the notification. 7. PRIZES: Book & Earn: Three (3) winners will be entered to win the following prizes (Limit 1 per entry) $3000, $2000, $1000 USD, paid via commission. 8. TAXES: All federal, state and/or local income and other taxes, if any, are the winner’s sole responsibility 9. GENERAL RULES: By entering or participating in the Incentive, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules, and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Incentive Entities are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information of any kind, (2) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Incentive; or (3) any other technical, human, or other error, problem or malfunction that may occur in connection with the administration of the Incentive, the processing of entries, or the selection or notification of winners. Further, if, for any reason, the Incentive is not capable of running as planned for reasons outside the control of the Sponsor which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Incentive (or portion thereof), Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Incentive (or portion thereof). Sponsor also reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify the entry of any individual found to be (a) tampering or attempting to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Incentive; (b) violating these Official Rules or the terms of service, conditions of use, and/or general rules of any Sponsor property or service; or (c) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. 9. PARTICIPANT OBLIGATIONS: By accepting the prize, winner agrees to release and hold Celebrity Cruises and their agents and affiliates harmless from and against any all losses, damages, rights, claims actions and liabilities of any kind in connection with the Incentive or receipt or redemption of the prize. The winner assumes all liability for any injury, death, or damage caused, or allegedly caused, by participating in the Incentive or use or redemption of the prize. Any disputes that may arise hereunder shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to the conflicts of laws principles of any jurisdiction. Venue with respect to any such disputes shall be had in the state and federal courts of the State of Florida. 10. Celebrity NRDB Policy Change:

Effective 03/02/2023, the Future Cruise Credit component of the Non Refundable Deposit program is being discontinued and no longer applies to reservations made on or after March 2, 2023. Guests who book a non-refundable promotion after 03/01/23 will no longer be eligible to receive a non-refundable deposit as a FCC.

Guests who have booked a non-refundable deposit rate on or before 03/01/23 will be grandfathered into the program. We will honor the NRD FCC Program for any guest who booked a Non-refundable Deposit on or before 03/01/2023 and cancels after 03/01/23. For bookings that meet the criteria to be grandfathered, guests will need to call (TSS) or the agent (for CO) will send an email for the guests to receive a FCC. NRD FCCs will no longer be automatically issued after 03/01/23.

To qualify for the lowest available cruise fare, guest must choose a non-refundable deposit. All deposit payments for NRDB made on or after 03/02/23 are non-refundable from the time of booking. The Iconic Advisor Club is open to accredited travel agents (must have a valid ARC, IATAN, TRUE or CLIA number) in U.S. (includes D.C. and Puerto Rico), Canada (excluding Quebec) and Latin America who are registered travel partners currently in good standing with Celebrity Cruises, Inc. (CCI), and sell CCI cruises within the applicable calendar quarters. The top 100 Travel Advisors, that meet the eligibility criteria, will keep their status for 12 months and will be eligible to win each quarter. Top 100 eligible agents, will be selected per quarter based on volume of bookings. The bookings must be claimed for each calendar quarter, and redeemed via Celebrity Rewards. Only booking made within each calendar quarter will qualify. Existing 2025 non-contracted Groups, will have until October 31, 2023 to name their space and maintain all three amenities (Classic Drinks, Basic Wi-Fi and Tips). On November 1, 2023, existing 2025 Groups space (not-named) will convert to our new All Included amenities, Classic Drinks + Basic Wi-Fi.

Flights on Us (“Offer”): Cruise must be booked between 01/01/25 and 02/28/25 (Offer Period). Cancellation of Air Tickets: Air tickets may be purchased on a non-refundable or refundable basis and are each subject to the cancellation terms of the applicable airlines and Flights by Celebrity.
